When I opened the drape this morning the Thermometer on the tree next to the Patio said it was 40 degrees. That gave me a chill and I went looking for my wool cape and scarf. I had an appointment with the Cardiologist at 10 AM. Joann picked me up at 9:30 and you know it is cold she had a jacket on. The Doctor is very nice. At least he did not ask me how I was feeling. I hate when the Dr. asks how you are feeling. My BP was normal, my pulse rate was good, oh and the good news I have lost 11 pounds, my lungs are clear. I would imagine the walking I have been doing had something to do with losing weight. And too, no more fried foods helped. Speaking of food. I baked two chicken fingers dipped in flour and melted butter. Joann boiled a potato for me. That was my dinner. Oh yes, dessert was a dish of frozen Yogurt. They tell me there is a game on tonight so I am all set to watch it. Pretty Woman is on right now. I have seen it many times but I love watching it over and over. It's the clothes she wears and the way she wears them. She is so classy. So you might say watching this movie and the game to look forward to is just the icing on the cake. It's been a good day.
